This agreement ("Agreement") sets out the terms and conditions that will govern the use and access by a firm using the trading platform(s) ("Turquoise") operated by Turquoise Global Holdings Limited ("TGHL") in the event that the firm's application to become a member ("Member") of Turquoise is accepted by TGHL, following completion and submission of the Turquoise Membership Application Form ("Application Form"). This Agreement will come into effect when TGHL accepts the firm’s application to become a Member.
