THIS TUTOR SERVICES AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) setting forth the terms and conditions of the services described below, performed by EDURAPTOR LLC, a Georgia limited liability company (“Company”) for the benefit of the undersigned, or the minor child of the undersigned legal guardian (hereinafter, “Student”) is made and entered into as of the date set forth on the signature page below (the “Effective Date”). Company and Student may be referred to individually as a “Party”, and collectively as the “Parties”.
