THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this 29th day of April, 2019, by and between Graham Packaging Canada Company, 3174 Mavis Road, Mississauga, Ontario, (hereinafter referred to as the "Employer") and the United Steelworkers of America and its Local No. 243G (AFL-CIO-CLC) (hereinafter referred to as the "Union").
