THIS AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is entered into by and between The Board of Trustees of The University of Alabama, a constitutional and educational instrumentality of the State of Alabama, incorporated by statute, for and on behalf of The University of Alabama in Huntsville (the “University”) and (the “User”).
