THIS UNMANNED AERIAL SYSTEM DEVELOPMENT KIT (UDK) LICENSE AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you, an individual or entity (“Developer,” “you” or “your”) and FLIR Systems Inc., and its Affiliates (together, “FLIR”), and governs your use of any one of a family of FLIR UAS DEVELOPMENT KITs (UDKs). The terms of this Agreement apply to any updates, supplements, and/or support services (if any) for the above-mentioned UDKs unless other terms accompany those items. If so, those terms apply. FLIR and Developer are referred to herein individually or collectively as a “Party” or as “the Parties”.
