IMPORTANT: This Agreement is a legally binding contract between you (either an individual or an entity accepting this Agreement) “Customer” and “UiPath”. UiPath means either or both (a) when Customer is located in North America (meaning United States and its territories, Canada or Mexico): UiPath Inc., registered in Delaware, United States; (b) when Customer is located outside North America: UiPath SRL, registered in Bucharest, Romania. UiPath reserves all rights not expressly granted to you in this Agreement.
