UMOWA SPRZEDAŻY AKCJI SHARE PURCHASE AGREEMENT NINIEJSZA UMOWA THIS AGREEMENT PRZEZ: BETWEEN: (1) Superior Industries International Germany AG, z siedzibą we Frankfurcie nad Menem, spółkę wpisaną do rejestru handlowego prowadzonego przez sąd właściwy miejscowo dla Frankfurtu nad Menem pod numerem rejestru: HRB 107708, prowadzącą działalność pod adresem Gustav- Kirchhoff Str. 10 – 18, 67098 Bad Dürkheim (Inwestor); (1) Superior Industries International Germany AG, with its registered office in Frankfurt am Main registered in the commercial register at the local court of Frankfurt am Main under registration number: HRB 107708 and with its business address at Gustav-Kirchhoff Str. 10 – 18, 67098 Bad Dürkheim (the Investor); oraz and (2) (Akcjonariusz).
