AGREEMENT FOR UMPIRE SERVICESUmpire Services Agreement • December 21st, 2020
Pursuant to applicable legal authority and/or by agreement of the parties in dispute, an Umpire may be appointed or selected to consider contentions, evidence, and other matters relating to a specified dispute and to find facts and/or reach conclusions and/or make decisions subject to governing law. Any such legal authority or contractual language giving rise to the appointment or choice of the Umpire in this matter must be attached hereto. (If there is any conflict between such attachments and this Agreement, this Agreement shall control.) In this context, the parties signing below further agree as follows:
