ContractUmpqua Pay Service Agreement • September 26th, 2018
This Agreement is a contract that establishes the rules that cover your electronic access to your accounts at Umpqua Bank ("Umpqua") through the Umpqua Pay Service ("Umpqua Pay"). By using Umpqua Pay, and any of the services within, whether by accessing via computer and/or mobile device (smart phone/device, tablet) you accept all the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Umpqua Pay is provided by Visa under a limited license to Umpqua Bank for the benefit of our Visa Debit Cardholders. Umpqua and Visa reserve the right, in their sole discretion to terminate, change, modify, suspend, make improvements to, or discontinue any or all aspects of Umpqua Pay, temporarily or permanently, including the availability of any service, at any time with or without notice to you. You agree that Umpqua Bank and its vendors shall not be liable to you or to any third party as a result of taking any of these actions.
