Reference is made to the UN agency to UN agency contribution agreement (hereinafter “Agreement”) dated August 28, 2017 signed between the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA), and the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), with respect to the Program “Joint Global Programme on Essential Services for Women and Girls Subject to Violence”, and as per Article H of the Agreement, any modification to this agreement including its Annex(es), may be modified or amended only by written agreement between the two Agencies.
