It is the intention of the community of Our Lady of Lourdes to make its parish facilities available to the parish, archdiocesan, community service or charitable organizations whenever possible. To that end, this policy for the use of Our Lady of Lourdes is established.

The five questions on the CARES Facility Usage/Indemnity Agreement provide guidance in identifying parish sponsored organizations that are eligible for coverage. Those that are not should sign the Facility Usage/Indemnity Agreement and provide a certificate of insurance naming the parish and Arch/Diocese as an additional insured. This will greatly assist in reducing financial responsibility for a potential claim.

This Facility is owned and maintained by the Roman Catholic Church of this community. As such the Facility User will agree to respect our faith and policies of the Diocese, and will not knowingly or intentionally use the facility in a way that is in conflict with the teachings or policies of the Catholic Church.
