This agreement (the AGREEMENT) is made and entered into between Virginia Commonwealth University, an institution of higher education and an agency of the Commonwealth of Virginia (“VCU”), by and through its [name of VCU school/unit] [(“VCU school/unit acronym”)], and [UNIVERSITY (“UNIV”)], located and operating in [LOCATION]. In this AGREEMENT, the above entities are jointly referred to as PARTIES.
