The College’s TENANCY AGREEMENT, the Undergraduate Handbook of St Hugh’s College, Oxford, and the terms and conditions of Endsleigh’s insurance cover (www.endsleigh.co.uk/reviewcover) create legally binding obligations between the College and the Student. You are advised to ensure that you understand and accept their contents before signing the tenancy on your arrival in October. This tenancy agreement is governed by English Law.
