In order to expedite the clearance of certain types of title insurance Defects and limit the need to obtain individual letters of indemnity or performance, the companies that now or hereafter become signatories to this INDIANA Inter-Underwriter Indemnification Agreement (“Agreement”) agree, in consideration of the mutual covenants contained in this Agreement, to indemnify each other subject to the provisions and limitations contained in this Agreement.
