UNIFORM SPONSORSHIP AGREEMENTUniform Sponsorship Agreement • February 1st, 2020
This agreement made on the day of , 2020 between FOOTBALL CLUB OF SPOKANE (501(c)3 non-profit Corporation. Federal Tax ID #47-3905718 and (herein after known as the “Sponsor”) will be entitled to the list of items associated with the package chosen by the Sponsor. Upon receipt of the non-refundable donation from the Sponsor, FOOTBALL CLUB OF NORTH IDAHO agrees to use the donated funds for the direct and immediate purpose of supporting its club soccer program for the 2020-2021 and 2021-2022 soccer seasons.
