This Development Agreement (hereinafter the “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of the day of , 2022 (“Effective Date”), by and between JCH NC, LLC, a Florida limited liability company authorized to do business in North Carolina (“Developer”), whose address is 370 CenterPointe Circle, Suite 1136, Altamonte Springs, FL 32701, and the VILLAGE OF MARVIN, NORTH CAROLINA, a municipal corporation of the State ofNorth Carolina (“Village”), whose address is 10006 Marvin School Road, Marvin North Carolina 28173. Developer and Marvin, and any successors thereto, are referred to herein as the “Party” or “Parties.”
