This Mobile Deposit Agreement (the “Agreement”) governs your use of the Mobile Deposit Service that Health Care Professionals Federal Credit Union (“us”, we” or “HCPFCU”) may provide to you the member (“you”, “your” or “member”). Your use of the Service constitutes you accept the terms of the Agreement. This Agreement is subject to change at any time. We will notify you of any material change via email, text message, mobile application or our website by providing a link to the revised Agreement. Your continued use of the Service will indicate your consent to be bound by the revised Agreement. Further, we reserve the right to modify, add or remove portions from the Service.
