AMENDMENT ONE TO CONTRACTUnit Price – Fencing Services Bid No. 22-256 • January 28th, 2024
This Amendment is hereby entered into by and between Empire Fence & Netting, P.O. Box 553, Waverly, NE 68462, (hereinafter “Contractor”) and the City of Lincoln, Lancaster County and the City of Lincoln-Lancaster County Public Building Commission (hereinafter “Owners”), for the purpose of amending the Contract dated February 16, 2023 executed under City Directorial Order No. 29521, and County Contract C-23-0105 dated February 21, 2023, and executed by the City of Lincoln-Lancaster County Public Building Commission, on March 14, 2023, for Unit Price – Fencing Services, Bid No. 22-256, which is made a part of this amendment by this reference.
