THIS CONTRACT, made and entered into by and between No Joke Lawn Care, 5140 Linden Street, Lincoln, NE 68516, hereinafter called the Contractor, and the City of Lincoln, Nebraska, a municipal corporation, and the County of Lancaster, Nebraska, a political subdivision of the State of Nebraska, and the Lincoln-Lancaster County Public Building Commission hereinafter called the “Owners”.

This Amendment is hereby entered into by and between Empire Fence & Netting, P.O. Box 553, Waverly, NE 68462 (hereinafter “Contractor”) and the City of Lincoln, Lancaster County and the City of Lincoln-Lancaster County Public Building Commission (hereinafter “Owners”), for the purpose of amending the Contract dated March 2, 2017 executed under City Resolution No. 90251, and County Contract C-17-0047, dated February 7, 2017, and executed by the City of Lincoln-Lancaster County Public Building Commission, on February 14, 2017 , for Unit Price – Fencing Services, Bid No. 16-280, which is made a part of this amendment by this reference.
