This Second Amended and Restated Unit Private Placement Agreement (this “Second Amended and Restated Agreement”) is entered into as of October 14, 2022, by and between Hudson Acquisition I Corp., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”) and Hudson SPAC Holding LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (the “Purchaser”).
