To insure your understanding of our relationship with you, we provide this detailed agreement which explains both your responsibilities and ours. Please read this document carefully, and feel free to ask any questions regarding these terms and conditions. Be sure to read Section 14 and related provisions to ensure you understand the pledge of shares to the credit union. All owners of joint accounts pledge 100% of all shares to secure both individual and joint debts or obligations. Also, carefully review Sections 25 and 26 which addresses when services may be suspended or terminated.

In addition, you have signed an Account Opening Application by which you agree to be bound by the terms hereof. Periodically, you may receive disclosure statements applicable to your Account (the "Disclosure Statements"). Any such Account Opening Application, Signature Card, Disclosure Statements and other Account-related agreements will also form a part of this Agreement. There may be other agreements that govern your Account as well, including, but not limited to, an Online Banking Agreement or an Online and Mobile Banking Agreement, as applicable.

In this Agreement, the words “you,” “your,” “party,” and “Owner” mean any and all persons or entities who sign an Application for Member- ship or any other application in connection with the opening of any Account with Air Force Federal Credit Union, any such person or entity who maintains an Account with us, any Joint Owner, and any other per- son or entity authorized to use or having access to any such Account. The words “we,” “us,” “our,” and “Credit Union” mean Air Force Federal Credit Union.
