This Agreement may be accepted by manual signature or electronic signature, or through an electronic system specified by Siemens. In the electronic system, Customer will be prompted to accept these terms by clicking a button. Clicking the button or using any Offering indicates that Customer has read, understood, and accepted this Agreement. If Customer does not accept this Agreement, Customer must not use any Offering and return any Offering to Siemens or its applicable authorized partner prior to installation or use.
