Box 3091, Boca Raton, Florida 33431-0991 (“UNIVERSITY”) and Florida Atlantic Research & Development Authority, a public body corporate and politic (“FARDA”), having its business address at 3651 FAU Boulevard, Suite 400, Boca Raton, FL 33431. (UNIVERSITY and FARDA are sometimes collectively referred to herein as the “Parties”).
