This Amendment No. 1 to the Unizin Member Renewal Master Services Agreement (“Amendment No. 1”), dated as of September , 2017, by and between Unizin, Ltd., a Delaware nonstock corporation (“Unizin”) and The Trustees of Indiana University (“University”), is made and entered into effective as of September 8, 2017 , 2017 (“Amendment Effective Date”). Unizin and University are referred to herein each as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties”.
