This Upfront Commission Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made by and between AVIANCA INC., on behalf of Aerovías del Continente Americano S.A. (“Avianca”), and AMERICA CENTRAL CORP., on behalf of TACA International Airlines S.A. (“TACA”) (together the “Carriers”), on the one hand, and AMERICAN WORLDWIDE TRAVEL INC. (“Travel Agency”), on the other hand, with an effective date of January 1st, 2021.

This Upfront Commission Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made by and between Avianca, Inc. acting as the General Agent for Aerovías del Continente S.A. (“Avianca”), Aerolíneas Galápagos, TACA International Airlines S.A. (“TACA”) for itself and for the promotion of Aviateca S.A. (“Aviateca”), Nicaragüense de Aviación S.A. (“Nica”), Trans American Airlines S.A. d.b.a. TACA Peru (“TACA Peru”) and Líneas Aéreas Costarricenses S.A. (“LACSA”) (collectively “the Carriers”), and VIAJES VIRAMUNDO for itself, with an effective date of January 19th, 2016.
