THIS AGREEMENT is made as of the day of , 2021, by and between the City of Rollingwood, Texas (“Issuer”) and USCA Municipal Advisors LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of U.S Capital Advisors LLC (“USCA” or “Financial Advisor”), located at 4444 Westheimer, Suite G500, Houston, Texas 77027, for municipal financial advisory services to be performed pursuant to the terms and provisions set out below. Issuer and USCA shall be referred to collectively as “Parties”.
