This USE AND ACCESS AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into effective as of this day of , 202 (the “Effective Date”) by and among MICRON TECHNOLOGY, INC., a Delaware corporation (“Micron”), and the CITY OF MANASSAS, VIRGINIA, a Virginia municipal corporation (the “City”). Micron and the City are referred to herein from time to time individually as a “Party” and collectively, as the “Parties”.
