This Hampshire Dome License Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into on this the 7th day of December, 2021, entered into between Hampshire Hills Racquet & Health Club, Inc. dba the Hampshire Dome, (“Licensor”) and , its agents, servants, employees and members (“Licensee”), collectively referred to as the Parties.
