THIS AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made and entered into as of (the “Effective Date”), by and between the CITY OF ARLINGTON, TX, a Texas municipal corporation (the “City”) and FRIENDS OF LEVITT PAVILION ARLINGTON, a Texas non-profit corporation (“Levitt”). The City and Levitt are referred to herein individually as a “Party” or collectively as the “Parties.”
