COMPENSATION SELF-INSURANCE PROGRAM (hereinafter “Agreement”) is hereby made and entered into on the date subscribed to below by and between RISK ADMINISTRATION SERVICES, INC., a South Dakota business corporation having its principal place of business at 300 Cherapa Place, Suite 401, Sioux Falls, South Dakota (hereinafter “RAS”), and the City of Rapid City, South Dakota, a South Dakota association having a principal place of business at 300 Sixth Street, Rapid City, SD 57701 (hereinafter “Self- Insurer”) through their duly authorized signatories below.
