By selecting the "Accept" radio button, you are consenting to be bound by all of the terms, conditions and restrictions of, and are becoming a party to, this Agreement.

By using all or any portion of the software, you signify that you have read this Agreement and accept its terms. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, then X-Rite, Incorporated is unwilling to license the Software to you, in which event you should return the product immediately for a refund. The right to return and refund does not extend to your transferee.
