for maybe a half hour at atime, theee are the people I"m concerned about. The people...not the people whoare camping even overnight or for two or three days, those I'm in com- plete agreement should have a user fee. Now, I would not object to that but I think somewhere in this bill and if it 1sn't in here now, I want you to try to see to it that there can be, that kind of flexibility worked 1nto this thing. As far as...and I'm going to say one other thing about the Game Commiss1on worrying about funding. I wish the Game Commiss1on were as serious about funding when we had a bill here for
