This End Users Software Agreement (the "Agreement") governs your use of the MOBIT System (as defined below) and any related services provided by MOBIT LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of MOBIT Technologies Ltd, a New Zealand registered company having its principal place of business registered at Massey eCentre, Oaklands Road, Albany, Auckland, New Zealand 0632. You are referred to as "Customer" in this Agreement. On your acceptance of this agreement, use of the MOBIT System (Logging in to your account), verbal or written confirmation of order, or if you click "I agree" or take any other affirmative action indicating your acceptance of this Agreement, then you have agreed to these terms. If you are an agent or employee of the intended subscriber or user, you individually represent and warrant to MOBIT that you are authorized to bind that party to this Agreement. If you do not agree to this Agreement, then you are not authorized to use the MOBIT System.
