The undersigned, First Tennessee Bank N.A., Trustee of the Revocable Trust Agreement of Jane Mabry McKinnon (“Declarant”) hereby declares that it is the owner of certain real property situated in District Number 2 of Loudon County, Tennessee, being known and designated as Lots 6 and 7 of the Final Plat of First Tennessee Bank National Association, Trustee of the Revocable Trust Agreement of Jane Mabry McKinnon, as shown by the plat recorded in Large Plat Cabinet J, Page 17, in the Loudon County Register’s Office (the “Lots”).
