This Mobilehome Park Utility Conversion Program Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into by and between (“MHP Owner/Operator”), a organized and existing under the laws of the state of , and the Utility, “Pacific Gas and Electric Company” (“PG&E” or “Utility”), a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the state of California. MHP Owner/Operator and PG&E may be individually referred to as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
