This Utility Credit Purchase Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into as of , (“Effective Date”) between ELP Greenport Solar LLC as seller (“Seller”), and the City of Hudson, a municipal corporation, as buyer (“Buyer”). In this Agreement, Seller and Buyer are sometimes referred to individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
