referred to as the “AGREEMENT”) is entered into and made effective the day of February, 2020, by and between the CITY OF BANNING, a general law city and municipal corporation (hereinafter referred to as the “CITY”) and THOMAS MILLER, an individual (hereinafter referred to as “EMPLOYEE”), who is qualified to serve as Electric Utility Director. For purposes of this AGREEMENT, CITY and EMPLOYEE may be collectively referred to as the “Parties” or individually as a “Party.”
