Capitalized terms have the meaning set forth in NorthWestern Energy’s Electric Rate Schedule and the NorthWestern Energy Gas Rate Schedule (collectively the “Tariffs” and individually the “Gas Tariff” or “Electric Tariff”), which sets forth service, installation and contribution rules and regulations established by the South Dakota Public Utilities Commission (the “Commission”).
