50% deposit due for booking. $1,000 damage deposit and 2% service fee and remaining rental balance due 21 days before rental date. If reservation occurs within 21 day period 100% of rental fees must be paid in full at time of booking. *damage deposit will be held until property is cleaned and inspected. The cost of any repairs or extra cleaning will be deducted when applicable and receipts will accompany remaining refund.
