The foregoing person (hereinafter called “Occupant” or “Guest”) hereby agrees to enter into this Agreement for the premises known as Joshua Tree Oasis, (hereinafter called “Premises”) from Ethan and Fabiane Wilson (hereinafter “Owner”), upon the following terms and conditions.
