This agreement, dated as of February 24, 2021, is between MakeKnowledge, a California 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, and North Valley Military Institute, a charter school incorporated in the state of California. MakeKnowledge is referred to as “The Agency,” and North Valley Military Institute is referred to as “The School”. This agreement revises and replaces the earlier agreement dated August 10, 2020.
