This Value Added Reseller Terms and Conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) supplements the Value Added Reseller Agreement (the “VAR Agreement”) between each Valued Added Reseller (“VAR”) and WUN Systems, LLC, for itself and on behalf of its owned, controlled and/or managed affiliates and subsidiaries (collectively, “WUN”), regarding VAR’s appointment as a reseller of WUN’s telecommunications, data, Wi-Fi and software services (collectively, the “WUN Services”) to VAR’s customers (each, a “Customer” and, collectively, the “Customers”).
