VALUE-ADDED RESELLER (VAR) AGREEMENTValue-Added Reseller (Var) Agreement • February 16th, 2018
The terms of this Dynatrace Value-Added Reseller (VAR) Agreement (Agreement) are incorporated into and apply to all Resale Orders entered into between Dynatrace and VAR in the absence of a signed and currently effective partner agreement between the parties. In such event, the parties will, as soon as practicable, enter into a VAR Agreement with the related Exhibits referenced herein, which when effective, will replace these terms with respect to future Resale Orders.
