As part of this agreement, Shaw will provide you with a complimentary rental of new or refurbished Internet Equipment for a term of 24 months, if required. A minimum service level of Internet 15 (or equivalent service) is required to be maintained for the 24 month term. Internet is provided as the base service under this agreement. Any additional add-ons, plans, channels, rental equipment or other services may be changed at the customer’s discretion and will be charged in addition to the monthly fees for the base service. This agreement is non-transferable. All equipment provided by Shaw under this agreement shall remain the property of Shaw and must be returned to Shaw within 30 days of termination or early cancellation of this agreement. In the event of any loss of, damage to, or non-return of such equipment, you hereby authorize Shaw to charge you for replacement and/or repair of the equipment.
