THIS DISTRIBUTION AGREEMENT (this “Agreement” is made as of this day of March, 2015, by and between SEI Catholic Values Trust (the “Trust”), a Delaware statutory trust, and SEI Investments Distribution Co. (the “Distributor”), a Pennsylvania corporation.
