This agreement sets forth the terms, conditions, and responsibilities of the program participants in the Vanpool Alliance program. The Program is administered by the Potomac and Rappahannock Transportation Commission (PRTC). The Participant shall refer to all persons or institutions that sign the agreement and have been approved for participation.
