For the purposes of this Agreement, the cardholder and additional card- holder(s) are collectively designated by the term “the cardholder”. When the cardholder is issued a Best Buy card “the card” by the Fédération des caisses Desjardins du Québec “the Federation” and signs the card bearing his name, uses it for the first time or authorizes its use by a third party, he accepts the following terms of use and is solidarily liable for any indebtedness incurred through the use of the card, any indebtedness being recoverable in full from his heirs, legatees and assigns. This accept- ance also signifies the cardholder’s acknowledgment of the request for the issuance of a card, regardless the form of signature used.

The applicant(s) or the company as named in the Visa Desjardins U.S. Business Card application form (hereinafter, the “Holder”) shall be liable to the Fédération des caisses Desjardins du Québec (hereinafter, the “Federation”) for any debts contracted through the use of the Visa Desjardins U.S. Business credit cards (hereinafter, the “Visa Desjardins Card”) issued in the name and for the benefit of the Holder for use by its authorized representatives, including any debts that may exceed the cre- dit limits granted, and continued use of cards by those who are no longer authorized representatives of the Holder. If a Kubota Personal card (the “card”) is issued by Desjardins Financial Group (“Desjardins Group”) to the cardholder, when he signs the card bearing his name, activates or uses the card for the first time or authorizes its use by a third party, the cardholder accepts the cardholder Agreement (“the Agreement”) and any other accompanying documentation. The cardholder agrees to be liable for any indebtedness incurred through the use of the card, and if the cardholder is comprised of more than one person, each person, including any of their heir and assign, is jointly and severally liable. This acceptance also signifies the cardholder’s acknowledgment of the request for the issuance of a card, regardless of the form of signature used.

JYSK BENEFITS PLUS CARD VARIABLE CREDIT AGREEMENT

For the purposes of this agreement, the cardholder and additional cardholder(s) are collectively designated by the term the “cardholder”. If the Fédération des caisses Desjardins du Québec ("Desjardins") issues the JYSK Benefits Plus credit card (the “card”), the cardholder agrees to be bound by the following terms of use and all other applicable declarations when he signs the card bearing his name, when he activates the card, or when he uses it or authorizes someone else to use it. He is jointly and severally liable (solidarily liable in Quebec) for any debt incurred by using the card, and any debt may be claimed in its entirety from his heirs, beneficiaries and assigns. This acceptance also signifies the cardholder’s acknowledgment of the request for the issuance of a card, regardless the form of signature used.

This acceptance also signifies the cardholder’s acknowledgment of the request for the issuance of his Visa Desjardins card, regardless of the form of signature that is used.
