This Vault Plan™ Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is an electronic contract made by and between Vault Wealth Strategies, LLC (“Vault Wealth”, “Vault”, “Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”) registered with the Oklahoma Department of Securities as a Registered Investment Adviser, and the client (“you” or “client”). This agreement is for the limited purpose of providing the financial planning service described below as the Vault Plan™. The effective date of the engagement will be the date you acknowledge and accept the terms of this agreement.
