This Vehicle Donation Agreement and Bill of Sale (“Agreement”) is effective on the date of the last affixed signature, and is hereby made by and between Carson City Sheriff’s Search and Rescue (CCSSAR), a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization duly organized in the State of Nevada, and Carson City (the “City), a consolidated municipality and a political subdivision of the State of Nevada. CCSSAR and the City may hereafter each be individually referred to as “Party” and collectively referred to as “Parties.”
