Vehicle Lighting & Communications Installation Contract (the “Contract”) is entered between the Village of Buffalo Grove (hereinafter the “Village” or “Owner”), an Illinois home-rule unit of government, and Ultra Strobe Communications Inc., (hereinafter the “Contractor”) on this 1st day of January 2023 (the “Effective Date”). The Village and the Contractor are hereinafter sometimes collectively referred to as the “Parties” and individually as a “Party”.
